| Job Description: |
We are looking for an Accountant who is responsible for budgeting, managing tax payments, and act as a consultant for senior managers, conducting cost, and revenues analyses.
To be qualified for this role, you should have a degree of B.Com and relevant work experience in the Freight Forwarding company.
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Computer Efficiency is must
- Must have their own conveyance.
