Job Description:

We are looking for a female Accountant to manage all financial transactions from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.


Responsibilities:


o    Manage all accounting transactions


o    Prepare budget forecasts


o    Publish financial statements in time


o    Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings


o    Reconcile accounts payable and receivable


o    Ensure timely bank payments


o    Compute taxes and prepare tax returns


o    Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements


o    Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity


o    Audit financial transactions and documents


o    Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary


o    Comply with financial policies and regulations


Requirements:


o    Work experience as an Accountant


o    Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)


o    Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks


o    Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables


o    Experience with general ledger functions


o    Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
