ARAR Group is looking for services of energetic, dedicated, committed and result oriented individuals for the position of Fleet Manager at Lahore as per following requirements.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operations management of hospital waste management vehicles deployed for the Transportation of hospital waste.
- Responsible to manage the staff driver/helper deployed to run the fleet of vehicles.
- Responsible to monitor the movements of vehicles through tracking management system.
- Responsible to monitor the fleet operations to ensure that drivers/ vehicle helpers comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
- Responsible to ensure the uninterrupted operations of vehicles by adopting the latest tools and techniques of management.
- Responsible to prepare the movement plan of Vehicles.
- Responsible to Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
- Responsible to get the daily/weekly/Monthly reports from the field staff.
- Responsible to submit the weekly and monthly reports to the top management.
- Responsible to maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Responsible to scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the vehicles maintenance management as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Responsible to direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities.
- Responsible to do the analytical analysis of all reports.
- Responsible to point out any kind of anomaly related to the vehicle operations.
- Responsible to conduct investigations in cooperation with government agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.
