Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in hospitality and tourism that demonstrates the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully lead end-to-end operations
- In-depth understanding of hospitality management procedures and strong understanding of hospitality and tourism policies with a focus on Pakistan and Northern regions.
- Proven ability to conceptualize issues and develop strategic initiatives and solutions
- Strong management, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional time management and crisis management skills
- Lead and provide mentorship to hospitality and tourism staff, including management and trainees
- Masters in Social Sciences/Hospitality or relevant field
- Proficient in English, Urdu, and Pashto
