  • Client Executives manage and grow strategic programs for a portfolio of accounts.
  • Drive successful outcomes by providing sound strategic recommendations, building strong client relationships, and teaming up with our  CEO who brings these strategies to life through execution.

  • Develop strategic account plans which define success and are aligned to client goals.
  • Monitor delivery and control scope.
  • Orchestrate the team and guide them to achieving program success and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate meaningful and authentic relationships and be the trusted advisor to POC and the C-Suite.Coach team and refine message to address analyst perception.
  • Drive growth with existing accounts.
  • Effectively manage teams and individuals, including performance management and professional development.
  • Coach and mentor others to develop their own competencies and position them to progressively take more advanced work.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in client market categories Ideal candidates will have strong native digital expertise built through experiences in (but not limited to) agency, management consulting, client-side marketing/technology, online media strategy/buying, and/or digital technology and platform development

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record of building C-level relationships Strong verbal/written communication skills; strong presentation skills Minimum 10 years experience managing and growing multiple client accounts Demonstrate nimble and adaptive thinking.
  • Ability to lead Client teams, exercise autonomy and independent decision-making.
  • Ability to travel throughout the year, sometimes on short notice
