• To visit regularly the potential purchasing customers / chemists / pharmacies and medical stores to check their stock position and assess flow of products. Also inform them about products, company's / distributors selling schemes and secure orders from them.
• Acquire complete knowledge of the products.
• To covering and communicate accurately company’s policy, schemes etc. to the traders / doctors and ensure full and proper compliance by them.
• Implement & coordinate different marketing strategies including, but not limited to, sampling, merchandising, coupon schemes, consumer promotion etc.
• Monitor the competitor’s activities and inform the company about such activities along with your suggestion from time to time.
• Submit the following reports on regular basis of each month to ZSM.

a)    Daily Visit Report

b)    Monthly target achievement report

• Please ensure that all the above reports reach the ZSM before the 5th of every month.
• Under no circumstances should you take any responsibility for supply of goods from the distributor, take any cash or stock from the distributor without written approval of the company.
• You would be responsible for execution of sales of the company in your territory as assigned by the National Sales Manager / Head office from time to time.
