Job Description: |
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints for US Based company.
- You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Excellent Communication skills is a must
Responsibilities:
- Answering customers queries and try to resolve them.
- Answering customers questions on the phone.
- Analyzing information
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Min. 1-year experience working in a US-based Call Center as a CSR.
- Creative thinking skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
