| Job Description: |
- Assist in managing various marketing activities and communication plan (brand management, traditional and digital media, activation, PR, market/consumer research etc.)
- Analyzing potential markets, contender positioning, key product features/requirements, favorable temporal arrangement for product launch, promotions, etc.
- Analyzing product/brand performance and client feedback as input to product enhancements and to boost sale performance.
- Defining conducting and analyzing research to understand consumer needs and derive brand strategy
- Guide, direct, evaluate, and develop a team to attain established sales and gain goals.
- Supervise E-Commerce activities on own websites and key retailers
- Run regular campaign-specific reporting, analyze performance data and make recommendations for the key digital platforms
- Provide input into the development of annual marketing plan and brand strategies
- Assist in consumer promotions in coordination with the relative departments (production, purchasing, planning)
- Assist in reviewing and analysis of sales results of the brand's products to determine business opportunities for the brand
- Assist in product and packaging development processes
- Assist in managing consumer research studies, reviewing the findings and market trends
- Use tools to understand trade conditions and get consumer insights
- Ensure the confidentiality of marketing-related matters
- Effective use of marketing budget
- Respect company’s polices and procedure and instructions issued from time to time
