Job Description: |
- Develop and pursue sales strategies and territory plans that effectively market to clients and customers to drive profitable sales growth
- Develop territory analysis and execute sales strategies against analysis with data-driven decision making
- Assist accounts with the formation and implementation of actionable plans, structure and best practices for business development
- Retain and expand relationships to achieve portfolio retention, sales, service, and profitability objectives, and proactively develop relationships with new business clients
- Achieve sales targets through the execution of self-generated business development
- Ensure comprehensive marketing of our products while also ensuring the promotion of our organization and products
- Work with the sales teams on a regular basis to achieve results, identify areas for opportunity
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Identify ongoing business challenges and suggest appropriate action plans.
- Flexibility and adaptability are essential as BDMs are the liaison between the company’s headquarters and their assigned territory stores
- Play an active role in operations, including: warehouse operations, distribution, and logistics activities.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals and reports to management.
- Bi monthly basis do complete market research and monitor competitor activity and share reports with the management.
- Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients and keep record of upcoming due payments as per company policies.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Most importantly, as a sales individual, you should be spending most of your time in the field.
- Share daily visit report with the management with key inputs to ensure sales growth.
