| Job Description: |
- Manage E commerce/ online store and its complexities, sales and promotions.
- Calling customer for verification of order.
- Open Courier Company’s online portal to generate load sheet of all orders being dispatched in a day.
- Maintaining record on Excel sheet.
- Answering queries to the customers on all social media platforms with respect to brands.
- Liaison with web developers in case of any troubleshooting regarding website or any installed Apps.
- Liaison with Graphic designer regarding optimization of various articles. Updating new articles on website.
- Understanding and research of new development in E marketing world.
- Develop strategies for online traffic generation.
- Must have knowledge of social media community management
- Should possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practice, Policies, Media assets and Pre ordering.
- Carry other relevant task assigned by management.
