| Job Description: |
Maximal Consultancy is looking for a candidate to fill in the position of Accounts Officer. Selected candidate will be responsible to supervise a segment of the Accounts Department.
Major job responsibilities include:
- Coordination with clients on daily basis.
- Accounts management in ERP Software accounts module.
- Keep Proper Filing system
- Manage the General Ledger, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances and the reconciliation of accounts.
- Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Process transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets.
