Job Description:
  • To maintain and keep record in Peachtree.
  • Correct preparation and posting of all kind of financial transactions.
  • Follow up of salary disbursement in time.
  • Vetting daily cash payment voucher, general vouchers, bank payment vouchers and checking their posting to ledgers/ computerized accounting software.
  • To ensure accounts are maintained as per Company’s SOP.
  • Assist Internal Auditor to conduct audit and ensure in providing required books of accounts and documents.
  • Compile and submit reports and returns i.e trial balance report, aging report, bank balance report and all other finance related reports to Head Office AGL as and when required.
  • Checking/vetting of Final Settlement of Accounts.
  • Maintenance of books of accounts all types.
  • Posting in subsidiary ledger.
  • Preparation of schedules from subsidiary journal
  • Maintenance of budget register.
  • Entry of regional office minute sheets in budget register and point out any deviations / variance from budget.
  • Keeping proper record of vouchers in proper files.
  • Proper filing of all transactions, correspondence.
  • Maintaining Account Books /Ledgers.
  • Maintaining Imprest Account.
  • Maintaining Collection Account.
  • Maintaining record of Provident Fund.
  • Preparation of Bank reconciliation statement on monthly basis.
  • Variance Analysis of Income Statement.
  • Financial Analysis of existing and new clients.
  • Any other task assigned by the management in line with basic responsibilities.
