Perform Accounting & Finance job of the company as per the defined processes/instructions that include but not limited to

• Ensuring financial records are kept up-to-date with all the latest transactions and changes updated/posted on daily basis.
• Reconciliation of all account ledgers and their verification from all internal and external stakeholders/parties.
• Managing and coordinating for periodic reporting, budgeting and forecasting as required by the management.
• Performing periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems in data postings or others.
• Preparing of variance Analysis on Weekly/Monthly basis as may be required by the management.
• Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including statutory accounting and tax issues & maintaining of all such record as per requirements
• Developing relationships with external contacts such as, Lawyers FBR & Customs or others external parties.
•  Looking and working for cost-reduction opportunities.
•  Creating and implementing financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Maintaining confidentiality and protect the financial information and share with authorized individuals.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field (preferably ACCA/ICMA/CA Inter) with about 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Sound knowledge/grip on accounting solution (QuickBooks /Peachtree) or ERPs
• Outstanding analytical and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
