Company is seeking a capable candidate for such post who have work and have knowledge on following
- Sound Knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
- Can handle labor issue.
- Development and Implementation of HR Policies under supervision of Manager HR
- Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll
- Handling of employees grievances and acting as a consultant for employees queries regarding SOP’s and policies with the coordination of manager.
- Assist to manager for sourcing of candidates by using all available tools
- Maintain personal record of employees
- Oversee day to day operations of HR Department
- Dealing with legal Institutions i.e., EOBI & PESSI
