RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Ensuring financial data and files in safe custody and confidential information are only shared to authorized personnel;

·         Maintenance of files for petty cash and bank disbursement;

·         Maintenance of files for bank receipts;

·         Maintenance of all financial record including Cash payment vouchers, bank payment vouchers and journal vouchers;

·         Tagging and indexing of files;

·         Track record of movement of financial record IN/OUT of finance department; and

Any other task assigned by the supervisor

PERSON SPECIFICATION

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have zero tolerance policy towards SEAH and doesn’t support any action that promote or encourage SEAH.
