Job Description:

Dar-ul-Madina is looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager who would be responsible for managing its online presence by managing its digital and social content, developing its marketing strategies, and promoting services on different platforms.

  • This is a role that requires a good level of marketing knowledge, as well as good communication skills to promote company growth and customer reach, digitally. As a social media marketing manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest media trends and to maintain a long-term relationship with customers.

The position has the following responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and executing effective marketing strategies and plans for the organization
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns of the organization
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
  • Produce valuable and engaging Marketing and Media content for organization website and social media pages including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Overseeing the marketing and sales operations by tracking and analyzing sales data and creating written & verbal reports to present to senior executives
  • Generating new business leads
  • Gather customer and market insight to inform outreach strategies
  • Prepare, allocate and monitor marketing budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and on other related advertisements
  • Managing, leading, and coordinating the marketing department
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices
  • Present ideas to other departments to ensure effective implementation of the marketing plan
  • Other related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or other related fields)
  • Relevant and proven work experience in the field of marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Manager
  • A sense of aesthetics and eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Good management and leadership skills
  • Ethical and team contributor
