This position is responsible for the administration & delivery of learning and development unit to meet the learning needs of internal staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Training Need analysis, pre-& post training quiz/tests and feedback.
· Develop and execute online/classroom sessions, surveys and quizzes
· Design Training content
· Arrange training logistics (with support of Operations/Administration Support) and drive delivery of training
· Manage Training database and learning library
· Training Analytics Reporting
