Responsibilities:

• Conduct end to the end recruitment process of recruitment nationwide.
• Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need
• Manage Applicants for different positions
• Perform Performance Management activities as assigned in terms of Goal setting, Mid-year Review, Annual Performance Appraisal, Increment exercise, etc.
• Assist supervisor in preparing Disciplinary Procedure documentation and relevant communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, HR or relevant field
• At least 3+ years of work experience in recruitment with full time availability
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
