Job Description:

SUMMARY

Facon is looking for Domestic Customer Support Executive who can interact with our customers, manage queries and complaints efficiently & effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Ensure that our customers have a great experience using our service by responding to their queries, requirements, correspondence by different communication means.
  • Manage social media pages, do confirmation of orders & provide feedback to them.  
  • Evaluate customer needs resolve etc.
  • Respond to customers professionally to provide information about products and services.
  • Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend product and service improvements
  • Must be responsible to get in touch with our customers and dispatch team.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Qualification: Intermediate/ Bachelor’s
  • Experience: Should have at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (Fresh candidates encourage to apply).
  • Salary Range: 15000 to 20000.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving, time management & soft skills.
  • Positive personality and attitude.
  • Having good typing speed.
  • Timings: 2 weeks from 10 am to 7 pm at office & 2 weeks from 5:30 pm to 2:00 pm (work from home).
