Job Description:

Spantronics is looking for finest individual with excellent verbal communication skills, Individuals who have desire to learn, develop and achieve the highest standards.

:

Customer handling skills.

  • Excellent Communication skills (American accent).
  • Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations

:

  • Full-time in-office position
  • Monday – Friday from 8 pm to 5 am with an hour lunch (Available on Alternative Saturday)

:

  • Intermediate, A/O level Job Description:
  • At least 6 months experience as a CSR on Final Expense.
  • Good understanding of DNC customers
  • Agent would be responsible to generate qualified customers for our in-house closers
  • Maintain an excellent quality score
  • Can work under sales pressure
  • The Candidate must be target oriented and highly motivated. Must have ability to prioritize and Multitask
  • Candidate must be punctual, hard worker, regular, self-motivated with abilities to manage given tasks on time.
