Customer handling skills.

- Possess Knowledge of Call Centre Operations

- Full-time in-office position
- Monday – Friday from 8 pm to 5 am with an hour lunch (Available on Alternative Saturday)

- Intermediate, A/O level Job Description:
- At least 6 months experience as a CSR on Final Expense.
- Good understanding of DNC customers
- Agent would be responsible to generate qualified customers for our in-house closers
- Maintain an excellent quality score
- Can work under sales pressure
- The Candidate must be target oriented and highly motivated. Must have ability to prioritize and Multitask
- Candidate must be punctual, hard worker, regular, self-motivated with abilities to manage given tasks on time.
