| Job Description: |
Role:
- Coordinate with the Sales team to execute the orders.
- Follow-up with the warehouses and keep the tracking up to date.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare the promotions and keep the pricing updated in the system.
- Prepare daily reports and keep all the teams updated.
- Prepare documents for export/outbound shipments.
- Follow-up with the inter-company departments to fulfill orders.
- Keep a proper track of the orders and resolve any problems if incurred. Requirements
- At least Graduated- At least 1+ years of experience in order management support.
- Self-motivated and able to report matrix management.
- Expert in google sheets/excel.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Able to work from 5 PM to 2 AM.
- Fluent in the English language
