| Job Description: |
Education: Graduating from the Industrial Department of Engineering Faculties or from the Business Administration and Economics Faculties of Universities
Experience: Having at least 5 years of managerial work experience with knowledge of Human Resources processes (recruitment processes, performance, wage management, career planning, employee satisfaction measurement, execution of training processes, etc.)
- Able to actively use Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) applications
- Analyzing, business planning and reporting skills
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
- Actively able to drive
- Experienced in team management / dispatch and administration, prone to teamwork
- Have knowledge of ISO Quality Standards
- Advanced level of English (preferably at least C1 level) proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
