Are you a motivated Accountant with the desire to progress your accountancy career with a UK-based firm of Accountants? We are currently looking for a well-rounded Manager to join our team and support the partners within the firm. This is a great opportunity to build on your existing experience and gain more experience within management reporting and the preparation of financial statements.

Duties:

Your primary duties will entail the following:

• Preparation of periodic management accounts
• Ensure the books of the company are kept updated on a routine basis. (Using Xero and Quickbooks).
• Preparation of UK VAT returns
• Preparation of Annual accounts
• Preparation of Monthly CIS return.
• Drafting UK tax computations.
• Processing payroll for the client (monthly/weekly).
• Supervising a junior member of staff and delegating work
• Discussing and resolving accounts queries with clients
• Performing account reconciliations and monitoring the customers’ account details
• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a firm of UK Accountants or Pakistani firm with accounts preparation and bookkeeping
• ACCA Qualified/Finalist
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills
