Job Description: |
We are providing customer services for US Citizens.
- We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints.
- You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
Requirements:
- The candidate must have great English communication skills (verbal and written)
- The candidate must be fluent in English and do not hesitate to communicate with overseas Clients
- On the job paid training will be provided by the company.
- Candidate can work in US Time (7 pm to 4 pm) Night Shift
- Male Candidates are will be preferred
