One of our client is looking for candidates for the position of “Customer Services Officer (Branch Banking)”

Experience: 

• 2+ years of relevant banking experience Applicant working in banks like HBL, SCB, JS, Faysal are encouraged to apply.

Education: 

• Minimum graduation in business/commerce from a HEC recognized institution.
• Master’s in business/commerce would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

•  To ensure that service requirements of walk in / new to the bank customers as well as existing customers are timely fulfilled.
• Able to understand the customer’s banking requirements and then guide the customers through product presentations for choosing proper products and services
• To make sure that all documents as per the regulatory requirements / internal policies are obtained from customers from time to time.
• Ensuring maintenance of relationships with branch’s high net worth clients.
• Ensuring branch ambiance is of the highest standards.
• To facilitate the customers in account opening and fulfill all required due diligence formalities
• To ensure compliance with AML/CFT policies in all stages of customer relationship
• Skills Required:
• Strong command over related regulatory policies, Good spoken and written business English, Service mindset, Emotional Intelligence, Complaint Management
