| Job Description: |
- Prepares cash flow reports, and identifies and evaluates variances
- Prepare Bank Disbursements and manual check for shippers COD remittance.
- Making payments through cheques and online transfer on request through calls and mails.
- Bank detail verification for online transfer of payments
- Correction of wrong weights of parcels
- Coordinate with clients for payment related queries and charges.
- Updating clients profile details on portal.
- Coordinate with inter-departments for account opening process.
- Maintain record and disbursement of packing material to line-haul.
- Maintain invoices after adjustment of packing material
