Job Description:

Position: Specialist Product & Support

Industry: Telecom/ Financial Services Segment

Function: Digital Financial Services

Location: Islamabad

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

Responsibility:

You would be working in a dual role and will be responsible to enhance the value proposition for the customer by introducing new and innovative use-cases, as well as managing relationship with the partners. Responsibilities include identifying new verticals, reaching out to partners and end-to-end on-boarding including user journey, product design, USP, go to-market strategy and future initiatives. Not only this, but you will liaise with internal stakeholders to identify enablers for eco-system development. Moreover, you will also be managing the relationship with the partner: running joint campaigns, client management, operational issues and future collaborations. You will not only be the first point-of-contact for all strategic partners but will also be involved in strategy of the segment.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Product & Marketplace in 4-member team with an extended team of 23 team members.

Requirements:

  • ·Should be comfortable working on tight deadlines, with multiple internal and external stakeholders, multi-tasking and financial targets.
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced user)
  •  Someone who is always looking for innovative products & services, and strive to continuously improve customer experience.
