Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
Experience: 6+ years of professional experience as a product designer working in fintech industry.
Responsibility:
As an integral part of the Product Experience & Design team, you’ll participate in every aspect of the customer experience — with a strong focus on user research and interface design. You’ll be a fearless advocate for our users, pushing every feature and interaction to be as impactful as possible. You’ll work closely with the Manager Product Experience & Design and the product teams to conceptualize, test and design experiences that convert and grow our business and make life easy for our millions of users. The role reports directly to the Manager Product Experience & Design.
Requirements:
- Outstanding portfolio of prior work that demonstrates strong UX design capabilities.
- Exceptional craft and executional design skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring other designers.
- Deep understanding of UX strategy and product design methodologies.
- Ability to translate problem statement and user insights into design solutions.
- Experience working in agile and lean environments
