•  Implementation of project activities as per business process and project document.
• Development of technical documents and tools for capacity building of Community-based groups as per project design.
• Establishing a Referral framework mechanism with government line departments and social safety net service providers on sustainable & adaptable livelihood, child and women safeguarding and WASH sensitization.
• Organizing meetings with local market stakeholders for devising a strategy for the reintegration of women labor in the market. 
• Strong collaborations with Government social safety providers Such as Pakistan Baitul Mal, Social Welfare department. 
• Development of resource material for events & sessions.
• Supporting project team in organizing broad-based campaigns on child protection, women rights, youth development and women entrepreneurship.  
• Build linkages with free health services in the project target area/community.
• Development of IEC materials for the project activities.
• Organizing Seminars in collaboration with Government departments and vocational skills service providers, industries, higher education commission and Women development.
• To ensure sustainability, effective linkages are to be built with free psychosocial services providers.

It is essential that the post holder shows a good understanding and sympathy with the organizational values & principles, vision and mission as well as commitment to its SEAH (sexual exploitation abuse and harassment) protocols. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards SEAH and don’t support any action that promotes or encourages SEAH.
