We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete financial records, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and providing strategic financial planning and analysis to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular financial analysis and provide recommendations to the management team on financial performance and growth opportunities
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 years in a managerial role
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
