Job Description:

We are a startup company seeking a Sales Channel Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. The role primarily involves providing support to our sales channels, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer service. Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory for this position. We encourage both male and female candidates to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates to clients and customers.

2. Assist in managing and maintaining sales channels, including online platforms, distributors, and retail partners.

3. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, customers, and partners.

4. Respond to sales queries on products, follow up through email or other points of contact, and deliver exceptional customer service.

5. Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.

6. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities, target demographics, and analyze competitor activity.

7. Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

Requirements:


  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (must have)

  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  4. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques.
  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
