| Job Description: |
- Handling Air and Sea import Shipment·
- Communicate with overseas Customer, Agent and local C&F Agent as well as Carrier·
- Maintain Good relationship with Overseas Agent, Customers and Carrier.·
- Follow up shipment, Shipment Tracking and IGM Tracking·
- Follow up with Operation Team for DN issue & DO issue.·
- Checking of Pre- Alert Documents and notifying agents.·
- Creation and maintenance of files for Air & Sea Import of the company.·
- Providing POD of Shipments to agents if required.·
- Data entry of MAWB/MBL and HAWB/HBL of import shipments.·
- Follow up and advice airport staff and C&F on minor cargo and documents issue.
