| Job Description: |
- Purchasing and placing orders for the Inventory.
- Recording purchase orders, bills and the inventory received at the warehouse.
- Maintenance and reconciliations of the Bank Accounts.
- Coordinating with warehouse for daily shipments.
- Making Invoices, packing slips etc.
- Ensuring that all the shipments are properly documented, recorded and invoiced.
- Maintaining Company Accounts and resolving all the issues related to the accounts.
- Investigating and resolving all the discrepancies related to pricing, Inventory, shipments, payments, deposits and accounts etc.
- Answering customer's queries related to accounts, invoices and payments.
