Global Clicks is looking for Sales and Customer support executive to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain impressive sales and customer support pipeline with great organizational skills.
· Prepare action plan and strategies.
· Maintain and prepare sales activity report for management.
· Respond to sales inquiries through live chat.
· Business and customer oriented team player with ability to form alliances across global boundaries.
· Establish key relationships with corporate clients to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
· Ensure that all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and to the company standards.
· Ensure verification of each order.
Requirements:
· A-Levels / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· Minimum 1-2 year experience in dealing international clients via telephone, email and live chat.
· Must be available to work in evening and night shift.
