Job Description:

Reports to: Section Head - Recruitment & Learning Development.

Job Summary:

Evercare Hospital Lahore is an emerging 270 bedded multi-specialty facility located near Wapda Town, Lahore, Pakistan. The hospital will be commencing operations in Q3 2018, and is the part of an international healthcare group whose mission is to provide quality healthcare to the aspiring middle classes in Pakistan, through investment in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

We are seeking Human Resources Officer who will be responsible for managing day to day operations related to recruitment & learning and tasks from sourcing of the candidates till onboarding and the subsequent tasks related to training & development of employed staff in the Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

·         Develop advertisements for review & approval by the section head.

·         To place approved vacancy advertisements on the company career page, job portals, online professional/social media platforms & print media if/when required.

·         To source and conduct initial screening of applying candidates prior to forwarding to respective HoD for further screening and consideration.

·         To maintain well-structured CV database including a record of blacklisted candidates.

·         Would be responsible to plan and schedule interviews as per the budgeted staffing plan.

·         To coordinate the onboarding & joining of selected candidates.

·         To issue orientation memo and complete the documentation as per the new joiners checklist.

·         To prepare and conduct assessment tests for non-management employees

·         To maintain department wise record of vacant and budgeted positions.

·         To develop & maintain training records of the employees regarding Medical Education, Internal & External Trainings, Training Need Analysis, Training Evaluations.

·         To ensure that all the required tasks are completed according to SOPs.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (Specialization in HRM).

·         1-2 years of experience in HR Department (Preferable Healthcare Setup).

·         Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software (e.g. ERP)

·         Excellent organizational and time-management skills

·         Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

·         Integrity and confidentiality
