Uprise is a real estate holding company with investments in multiple properties in Gwadar.
We are looking for experienced professional who have previous experience of dealing with customers to pitch, explain and sale plots on installment plan. Your main responsibilities would include
- Manage customer enquiries from Local and Expats interested in Gwadar
- Follow up with customers and handle them professionally to close sales
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets both numbers and revenue
- Schedule meetings, attend events and other networking opportunties to build interest of customer in Gwadar
- Must be self discipline to keep track of customer, appointments, calls and payments
- Command in any other local language like Sindhi, Punjabi, etc is an added advantage.
