Objective:
To establish and maintain a high performance sales organization to achieve high business in the Retail Market.
- Create and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies for luxury indoor product in retail, corporate sales and e-commerce sectors and dealership network sales.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, acrive coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate actions to correct when necessary.
- Take wisely critical decision at his/her own to smooth routine sales operation.
- High leadership to lead Sales staff and to develop Sales objectives and to monitor the sales progress
- Establish a strong dealership network of indoor luxury lights, high class chandeliers
- Establish a strong e-commerce website to attract online customers all over the globe.
- Have knowledge of sales ERP so he/she can implement ERP (MS Dynamic)
