We are looking for Senior and expert level Social media/digital media ad management Expert or Online Ad spender.He should have great experience of managing ad-spends (around $50k-$70k) with good stats. ROAS should be in between 5x - 8x.

The ideal qualifications for this individual are:

-Familiar with FB business manager, and ad manager (Ideally Facebook Blueprint Certified)

-Experience running ads for real businesses (Ideally managed a significant spend but not required)

-Able to monitor the data on campaigns and adjust accordingly

-Previously ran campaigns that have achieved hire than 4 ROAS Currently running ads

-Experience running ads that convert Willing to learn and grow into one of the best ad buyers in the world-Experience with programmatic ad buying tools (not necessary)

-Good at speaking English, able to communicate with me or other team members to be able to execute the strategy we put together with the client. This individual will never be client facing

-Experience with running campaigns with custom audiences (preferred but not required)

-Ideally this individual will have experience running DTC marketing or ecommerce ad buying

-Lastly, this individual will HAVE to do a screen-share with me an walk me through their ad account demonstrating their work. Screenshots won't work as they can be faked We are looking for Marketing expert on Craiglist, Facebook Market place

Experience :

He should be very familiar and efficient in buying, adjust ads, creating audiences and running successful Facebook ads. Running Facebook ad campaigns, managing their effectiveness and efficiency for return in profit.Creating custom audiences, paying and purchasing ads on Facebook, creating like audiences.He can also manage animation and video content on Social Media websites.

Must have: Active ad spend more than $40k.
