• Maintain strong client relationships with professional approach and client services.
• Respond to clients through calls, emails, chat and follow-up as necessary
• Proactively identifying the needs of the customer and satisfying the customer with their needs in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Develop case-level service strategy; use a creative, thoughtful approach to customize service delivery for client needs and attributes.
• Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
• Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
• Owns end-to-end service delivery and manages recovery. 
• Responsible for engaging accounts department on escalated service including but not limited to billing, banking, eligibility and claim payment etc.
• Maintain Customer data regularly in an orderly manner, in the system provided by the company,
• Taking reviews from the customers for the services  provided by the sales agent  pertaining  DWT’s services
• Build and sustain client relationships to enhance DWT’s reputation in the travel industry.
• Attend team meetings related to the implementation of new and renewing services as needed.
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Meet profit and sales targets
• Make Follow up calls from DSR on daily basis to generate sales
• Report to team leader on weekly basis with the performance and issues affecting sales
