Job Description:

ZY Hospitality is opening the door of its first Boutique Apartment Residence & is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Hotel Front Office Manager with sales experience to join the team. This dual role is critical to ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing front office operations and implementing effective sales strategies.


Responsibilities And Duties



  • Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff, conducting regular performance evaluations.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and any issues are promptly addressed.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.

  • Proficiency in online travel management websites (Booking com, Agoda, Airbnb etc.)


Requirements



  • Proven experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry.

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or similar position.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, sales principles, and customer service excellence.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software and sales tools such as Munshi etc. 

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Diploma or a higher qualification in Hospitality Management is preferred. 

  • Fluency in English language is preferred. 

  • Social Media Marketing/Handling is a plus.
