Job Qualification:
B. Com/Bachelor in Finance from HEC recognized institute.
Job Experience:
1 - 2 years of experience preferably in healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of billing status of all patient in Excel.
- Maintain and update patient billing of all patient in HIMS.
- Reconciliation of HIMS Billing status with Excel Billing status on regular basis.
- Preparation of patient’s admission in admission book, HIMS, and excel.
- Preparation of investigation slips (credit indent, HIMS request approval)
- Preparation of bed statements of all patients on daily basis and its reconciliation with the record office and wards.
- Enhancement of patient advances daily and ensure 100% recovery of hospital charges from patients.
- Collection/receiving of patient files from wards at the billing counter and ensuring their submission to the record office.
- Ensure 100% billing of all hospital indoor services.
- Prepare a blacklist patient summary and its submission to finance and reception on daily basis.
- Report billing status and other reports to finance on daily/requirements basis.
