Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing their needs, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide information on products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including customer service software and Microsoft Office.
